Each connected device (4 devices can be connected) operates independently, and the independent devices continue to receive messages even if the main device does not have network access. Note that if your primary device is inactive for a long time, WhatsApp will automatically log you out of all mobile devices. The four additional devices may include four smartphones or a combination of PCs and smartphones.
